What the service is
Bluegrass Dry-Out Referral is a referral service. It connects people who have water damage with independent restoration companies that serve Lexington, Fayette County, Jessamine County and nearby towns. It does not perform extraction, drying, cleanup, mold remediation, repairs or rebuilding, and it does not handle insurance claims.
Independent companies
The companies you may be connected with are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of this site in the work they do for you. Each sets its own prices, terms and schedule, and each is responsible for its own work. This site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. Before you hire, verify that the company is qualified for your job, and get its estimate and contract in writing.
No promise of availability
A referral depends on whether a participating company serves your area and is taking work at that moment. Sometimes none is. The service makes no promise about how soon, or whether, a company will contact you or arrive.
Information on this site
The pages on this site are general information about water damage, local utilities and public records, with sources linked. They are not professional advice about your house, your insurance policy or anything else, and facts such as phone numbers and fees can change after the date they were checked. Check with the utility, office or company concerned before relying on them. Price ranges are national figures published by third parties, not quotes.
Fees
You pay nothing for the referral. Participating companies pay to receive referrals. What you pay a company for its work is agreed between you and that company.
Acceptable use
Do not send false requests, use the form to advertise, or try to disrupt the site. Requests that look automated or abusive may be discarded.
Limits
The site is provided as it is. The referral service is not responsible for the acts, omissions, prices or work of any company you choose to hire, or for decisions you make based on the general information here.
