Where the referral line works
The core area is Lexington and the rest of Fayette County, plus Nicholasville and Wilmore in Jessamine County to the south. Georgetown, Versailles, Richmond and Berea are covered too, though fewer participating companies may serve them on a given day. Each town has its own utility to call first.
Referral service, not a contractor. Your request goes to an independent Lexington-area restoration company. We do not do the drying or repairs.
Lexington and Fayette County
Lexington and Fayette County share one merged government, the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, so city and county services come from the same place. Residential ZIP codes run from 40502 through 40517. Sewer and storm drain problems go to LexCall 311. Water service in most of the county comes from Kentucky American Water, whose tariff lists Fayette among the counties it serves, along with Jessamine, Scott, Woodford, Clark, Bourbon and others.
Whether a call is offered to a company depends on the ZIP. Some companies cover the whole county; others stay inside New Circle Road or work mostly in the newer neighborhoods on the south and east sides like Hartland, Andover Hills and Lansdowne. Masterson Station, Meadowthorpe and the north side are covered too.
Jessamine County
Jessamine County is just south of Fayette, with Nicholasville as its seat and the Kentucky River along its southern edge. Water there may come from the City of Nicholasville, Jessamine Water District No. 1, Jessamine South Elkhorn Water or Kentucky American Water, depending on the street, so check your bill before calling about a break. On the county's west side, Wilmore runs its own utility and draws its water from the river near High Bridge.
Towns with their own pages
Each town page below was built from that town's own utility and public sources, because the first call after a pipe break or a sewer backup is different in every one of them.
